This AUP supplements the Terms. By using ProfileSave or https://profilesave.com, you agree to it.

1. Lawful use only

Use the Software only for purposes you believe are lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not give legal advice and do not monitor your downloads.

2. Authorized access only

Access only accounts, profiles, and content you own or are explicitly authorized to access. Do not obtain private or non-public data of others without permission.

3. Respect platform rules

Comply with third-party terms and technical rules. Platforms may restrict automation or downloading. Account bans by third parties are your risk.

4. Intellectual property

You are responsible for respecting copyright and other IP. We do not grant rights to third-party content you may download.

5. No misuse of our services

Do not redistribute our binaries or keys; attack our website; impersonate us; imply endorsement by social networks; or use the Software to build a competing hosted scraping service.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate violations and revoke licenses. We may cooperate with law enforcement when legally required. We are not obligated to monitor users.

7. Reporting

Report misuse of https://profilesave.com (not files on user PCs) to support@profilesave.com.
