1. Controller

2. What we collect (website)

• Email · order identity, purchase confirmations (summary and consents; not download links), support.
• Payment verification · transaction ID, amount, currency, timestamp from NOWPayments. We do not require your legal name on-chain.
• Checkout consents · timestamps of policy checkboxes, stored with your order.
• Technical logs · IP, browser, pages viewed (typically short retention).
• Optional analytics · if enabled (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics), aggregated; we do not sell personal data.
• Suggestions · message and email if you send them.

3. License server (activation)

On activation, license.profilesave.com may record license key identifier (hashed), purchase email, order reference, activation time, device/machine id from the app, optional build fingerprint, IP, and user agent. Used for seat limits, refund revoke, support, and disputes. Bases: contract performance and legitimate interests (security/fraud).

4. What we do not collect (desktop app)

Profiles, sync state, and downloads stay on your device. We do not receive your cookies file contents, downloaded media, or platform passwords.

5. Legal bases (GDPR, where applicable)

Contract performance; legitimate interests (security, fraud, disputes); consent (optional marketing if ever added); legal obligation.

6. Retention

Purchase and activation records as needed for tax, disputes, and license support (e.g. 7 years where tax law requires). Logs: minimal. Suggestions: until resolved or deleted.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Processors (e.g. Cloudflare, NOWPayments, email) under confidentiality. Disclosure if required by law or to payment processors in a dispute you initiate.

8. Your rights

Depending on location: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Contact support@profilesave.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

9. International transfers

If data is processed outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Children

Not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
