Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

1. Parties
These Terms govern https://profilesave.com, license purchases, and use of the ProfileSave software ("Software") provided by profilesave.com ("we," "us," "Operator").
2. What we provide
We provide licensed desktop software for Windows that runs locally. It is not a subscription, cloud service, or SaaS. You pay once. The Software may help you organize and retrieve media from sources you configure, using your connection and, where needed, your authentication data. We do not provide third-party content, hosting, streaming, or accounts.
3. License grant
After valid payment and delivery, we grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your own lawful use. One backup copy is allowed. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or publicly share purchase or download access except within your household on devices you own.
4. Updates and future apps
Your one-time purchase is a software license, not a subscription. It includes:
- Updates to ProfileSave for Windows that we make generally available to paying customers, while we maintain that product line; and
- Entitlement to license any new official ProfileSave app we release under the same product family, at no additional license fee, when and if we release them.
We do not guarantee any particular platform, feature, or ship date. If we discontinue the product line, licenses for software already delivered remain subject to these Terms.
5. Payment
Price is €25.00 (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Payment is in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Access follows payment verification. Wrong address, underpayment, or incomplete invoices may delay or prevent delivery; see the Refund Policy.
6. Digital delivery (EU/EEA consumers)
EU/EEA consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By completing purchase and checking the required checkout boxes, you request immediate delivery of digital content. You acknowledge that you lose withdrawal rights once you activate your License Key, to the extent permitted by law. Until activation, statutory rights may still apply where not validly waived. 7. Your responsibilities
You alone choose what you access. You are solely responsible for: (a) applicable law; (b) third-party terms and rules; (c) having the right to access and copy material you download; (d) how you store and use files; (e) securing your device, sessions, and download link.
8. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the Software or website to violate law; infringe IP; access data without authorization; harass or harm others; distribute malware; circumvent technical measures where prohibited; violate platform terms; resell or pirate the Software; or assist others in any of the foregoing. We may suspend or revoke your license without refund if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Third-party services
The Software may interact with third-party sites we do not control. Instagram, Meta, X, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, and similar names are trademarks of their owners. ProfileSave is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any such party.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY SITE, OR THAT ANY FEATURE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, ACCOUNTS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE (€25), OR €25 IF GREATER CONSISTENCY IS REQUIRED. WHERE LAW DISALLOWS SOME LIMITS, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless profilesave.com from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Software, your downloaded content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Privacy

14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Software and contact us about your license.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, excluding conflict-of-law rules where disallowed. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may apply and cannot be waived where prohibited.
