What is ProfileSave?
A Windows app for saving, backing up, and organizing profile data you configure locally. It runs on your PC. Not cloud storage, not a follower tracker, and not a hosting service.
Do I need to install Python or other runtimes?
No. Download the Windows installer (
.exe), run it, and activate with your license key. You do not install Python or a separate scripting runtime.What can I save or back up today?
Support is partial and expanding. You set up profiles for material you already have access to. Coverage today includes Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Tumblr, Pinterest, DeviantArt, VSCO, Pixiv, direct links, and a generic HTML fallback. We do not promise every site, content you cannot already see, or mass harvesting of other people’s accounts.
Why might I need to sign in for some sources?
Some sources only show signed-in material. Where needed, you sign in inside the app or reuse a session from your browser. ProfileSave does not create accounts for you, store passwords on our servers, or bypass paywalls.
How do I pay?
Checkout accepts card (Stripe) or crypto via NOWPayments (BTC, ETH, XMR, USDT, and other supported coins). Crypto is a payment method only, not investment advice.
What if Android is not out yet?
Your license includes future ProfileSave apps we release at no extra charge when and if we ship them. No promised date. Use the Windows app today.
Are you affiliated with Instagram, X, or TikTok?
No. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners. ProfileSave is independent software from the operators of profilesave.com.
Is personal backup lawful?
We provide software that runs on your device. Whether your use is lawful depends on your jurisdiction, what you save, and each platform’s rules. We do not declare any use legal. You are responsible for compliance. See our Disclaimer.
Do you store my backups?
No. Files stay on your computer. We do not host or redistribute your saved data.
Can I get a refund?
See our Refund Policy: full refund within 7 days if your license key has not been activated; no change-of-mind refund after activation; fix or refund for our technical failures within 14 days of first activation. EU/UK statutory rights may apply where not validly waived.
How do I install after purchase?
After payment confirms, you receive a license key and a download link for the Windows installer. Run the
.exe, then activate with your key. Portable zip is available when you need it.What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), with .NET Framework 4.8 and Edge WebView2 Runtime (for in-app sign-in when a site needs it). Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 are not supported.
